On September 6, 2013, John Lee Burlage, beloved husband of Eleanor J. Burlage ( nee Wisniewski); dear father of Phyllis Peterson, Melanie Malczewski and Gary Burlage; loving grandfather of Christopher and Matthew Malczewski.  Also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
