Loving grandfather to Lillian Muir and Lyla Schackelford. Brother to Kathleen Crowl and her husband, Dan & Anna Greer and her husband, Ralph. Proud uncle to EJ, Tiffany "Ty", Anthony & Alexandra.

William is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Bill & Catherine Phoebus.
