William Coyle

William Howard Coyle Jr., passed away at his home in Aberdeen, Maryland on November 24th 2024.

Born the first child to Wm. H. Coyle Sr. and Anna Mae Gunner Coyle on October 5th 1936 in Baltimore, Maryland. Bill grew up in Baltimore and attended Catholic schools, later joining the US Army, where he was stationed in Germany. He returned back to Baltimore in the spring of 1959. In the spring of 1960 he married Betty J. Fillhart, They had three children together.

February 1990 Bill remarried, Barbara Matthews Coyle his beloved wife they enjoyed many good times together. Bill loved to hunt and fish and most important he loved the great outdoors. He was an avid reader in his younger years spending hours in books.

Bill was recognized with an award for his time spent in Germany during the Cold War. He was also a proud veteran of the US Army.

He is survived by his wife; son William Howard Coyle III, daughter Deborah "Debbie" Coyle Clarke, son-in-law Spencer, and brother Richard Coyle (Reberta Lijewski). Seven Grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; and step son Ted Matthews.

He is predeceased by his parents; his oldest daughter Sharon Faith Coyle Price; and his youngest brother David Coyle.

Services will be private at a later date.
