On May 31, 2020 Thimios "Tim" Micklos entered into eternal rest. Loving husband of Tina (Reed), devoted father of Nick, Michael and Matthew, dear brother of Olivia Foster and her husband Jerry, Christine Micklos, Kathleen Micklos, James Micklos and Sophia Christian and her husband Chris, son in law of Charles K. Reed, brother in law of Kathleen Akers and her husband Mark, Wayne Taylor and his wife Tina. God-Father to Luke and Karen Akers. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A dedicated husband and father, Tim worked hard to provide all that his family needed and more. His impeccable work ethic was visible in his job, his volunteer work and in his work in the community. He is remembered as a lover of the arts, music, and history. His passions included coin-collecting, bicycling, birdwatching, and cooking. The legacy he leaves is one of joy and great memories. His great laughter and beautiful smile will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations in Tim's name be made to the American Heart Association.
A Visitation will take place at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A. on Friday from 2-6 P.M. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Casimir's Church on Saturday at 10 A.M. Interment at Oaklawn Cemetery to follow.
