Raymond J. Hartnett

Raymond was born on November 20, 1934 and died on April 11, 2019 at the age of 84, after a long illness.  He is survived by his loving Wife of 62 years Belva, his three Daughters, Karen Anastase, Lynne Mitchell, and Elizabeth Paul, Grandaughters, Amy Mitchell and April Mitchell, Great-grandchildren Kaylin Foltz and Brayden Horney, Sons-In-Law, James Anastase, Jeffrey Paul and James Crutchfield, many cousins, family members and friends.  In earlier years, Ray enjoyed playing bluegrass music, especially the guitar and banjo.  Ray had a huge heart and would help anyone in need.  He will be remembered lovingly by many as one of the original Boys of Highlandtown, where he lived for all 84 years of his life.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church 1702 Eastern Ave. on Wednesday April 17th at 10 AM. A Memorial Gathering will be held following the Mass at Kaczorowski Funeral Home P.A. 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Wednesday from 12 - 3 PM. Interment private.
