Michael A. Sarnecki

On Tuesday, May 11, 2021, Michael A. Sarnecki (BCFD Ret) beloved husband of the late Victoria M. (Jablecki).  Devoted father of Victoria S. Kendall and Kathleen Sarnecki.  Dear Grandfather (Pop-Pop) of Amanda (Ronald) Horseman.  Adoring Great-grandfather to Connor (you will always be Pop-Pop’s #1), Sadie (Pop-Pop’s little princess), and Finn (you will always have the first and last word) Horseman.

Brother of Patricia (Gordon) Goetz and Bernadette Troutman.  Pre-deceased by his parents James F. and Marie E. (Kotkowski), brothers Norman M. (Carol); James J. (Barbara-deceased) and Robert R., and sister Rosemarie Sarnecki.  Survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.  Mike was an attentive father, adoring grandfather, great neighbor and “good man”.  He spent his life loving his wife Vicky, daughters Vicky and Kathy, granddaughter Amanda and great grandchildren Connor, Sadie and Finn.  He spent his career serving the citizens of Baltimore as a Pump Operator for the Baltimore City Fire Department. To “Charlie’s Corner” (aka: the OBA), thank you for sharing a lifetime of friendship and support.  He will be missed by many.    Those who knew him will never question his appreciation for and dedication to those he loved.

Visitation will be held at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.  Mass of Christian burial  at St. Casimir Church on Monday at 10 A.M.   Interment in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.  Please note that due to COVID 19 restrictions, guests are required to wear face coverings and practice social distancing and indoor capacity guidelines.
