SMILEY (nee Funkhouser) devoted daughter of the late Edgar and Maysel Funkhouser, devoted mother of Pamela, Joseph, and Michael, loving sister of Sherry Black and her husband Lacy. Joyce is also survived by many loving grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and pre-deceased by 1 sister and 3 brothers.
