Joy W. (Wainio) Horsley

Joy Wainio Horsley, 82, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023.

Joy was born in Maryland to Francis and Eleanor Wainio (nee Hill). Joy was the beloved wife of Harold Horsley and the devoted mother of Barbara, Gregory, and Kevin. She loved traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, including her six grandchildren, Courtney, Kirstyn, Nicole, Rebecca, Emilee, and Andrew.

The family will welcome friends on Friday, August 11, 2023 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Kaczororwski Funeral Home P.A. with a funeral service being held at 12:00 P.M. Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
