Suddenly on October 10, 2015, JAXON ANTHONY JACOB beloved son of Maria A. Epperley and Christopher S. Jacob, loving brother of Jadyn and Mackenzie Epperley, grandson of Marcelle Jacob, Elizabeth & Rodger Fisher, great-grandson of Geraldine May. Jaxon is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

Visiting hours at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 P.M. Funeral service on Saturday at 10 A.M. Emtombment in Oak Lawn Cemetery.

Jaxon's parents are requesting that anyone attending the funeral on Saturday, Please wear something "BLUE". In replace of flowers, Jaxon's parents are requesting plants so that they can plant them around their home.
