On May 18, 2016 HELENA KOZLOWSKI (nee Lubert) beloved wife of the late Henryk Kozlowski, devoted mother of Anna Recchio & her husband Frank, Urszula Antonelli & her husband Barry, and Zbigniew "Tom" Kozlowski & Melanie Ash, loving grandmother of Michael & Beatriz Kuligowski, Christopher Kuligowski, Gina & Thomas Bourne, Laura & Matthew Rice, Daniel and Alicia Kozlowski, dear great-grandmother of Alexandra & Nicholas Kuligowski, and Conor Potter, dear sister of Karzimierz Lubert.
Visting hours at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM . Funeral on Saturday at 10 AM. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
