**Obituary for Gerald Charles Barnes Jr**

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gerald Charles Barnes Jr. who left us peacefully on April 6, 2025, at the age of 59. Gerald, born on January 28, 1966, in Maryland, was a loving son and a cherished brother, leaving behind his devoted mother, Joyce Linsenmeyer, his deceased father Gerald Barnes Sr., his sisters Denise Smith and Catherine Newman, brother William Fisher, Fiancee' Stephanie Ruscito and a multitude of grateful family members and friends that loved and adored him.

Though Gerald faced many challenges in life, he never let that deter his spirit or his kindness. He had a unique way of brightening the day of those around him, often sharing a smile and a good story. His warmth and gentle nature will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Though he may no longer be with us, Gerald's spirit will continue to shine brightly in our memories. We invite everyone who loved him to come together to pay tribute to a truly remarkable person.
