On November 19, 2017 FRANCES R. RITTER (nee Lopez), beloved wife of the late William J. Ritter, Jr., devoted mother of Carol Vitek and Fran Ritter-Jones & her husband John R. Jones, loving grandmother of Heather Nicholle Byer & her husband John, loving great-grandmother of John William Byer, dear aunt of Terri & Frank Saus. Frances is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and many friends.
