Frances "Frannie" Grob, loving known as Nan, passed away on January 7, 2024. She was born on March 30, 195. Frannie was a firecracker with a big heart and would help others when she can. Her friends at the co-op spoke fondly of her, mentioning that life without Frannie would never be the same. They will miss her dearly as she was their source of entertainment, always keeping them on their toes and causing a bit of ruckus.
Frannie had a special bond with her great-grandchildren Raelynn and Emory, especially enjoying playing tic-tac-toe with Rae. She also cherished the moments when her grandson Gavin would intentionally aggravate her, causing her infectious laughter that resembled a pterodactyl's sound. Speaker phone calls with her grandchildren brought immense joy to Frannie's heart. Additionally, she loved attending her grandchildren's sporting events, even though she didn't fully understand the sports; her cheers were full of genuine support and love.
In her free time, Frannie enjoyed playing bingo and spending quality time with her family. She found great pleasure in hanging out with her buddies from the co-op, who will greatly miss her presence. Shopping and running errands with her close friend Debbie Grob were also activities that brought Frannie joy.
One of Frannie's proudest accomplishments was becoming a nan – she loved and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren immensely. Family meant the world to her, and she always made sure they felt loved and supported.
Frannie is survived by her daughter Melanie Newberger (husband Emory; Frannie's bestfriend), son Jeff Grob (wife Kim), grandchildren Emory III, Kayla, Gavin, Danya, Aubrie, Daris, great-grandchildren Raelynn, Emory IV, Dior, and great grandpup Zola – along with her cherished beloved pet, Teddy.
Frannie's husband, Clifford "Wayne" Grob, preceded her in death.
Frannie is now reunited with her husband Wayne in eternal rest. Their love and companionship were sources of strength throughout their lives together. Their love and memories will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew them.
