On September 26, 2015 EVE E. SIEJACK (nee Bocek) beloved wife of the late William M. Siejack, devoted mother of Richard V. Siejack & his wife Pat, Elaine Reynolds, and Larry E. Siejack & Brenda, loving grandmother of Richard and Kevin Siejack, Tricia James, Jason Reynolds, Julie Robertson, and Alexis Siejack, loving great-grandmother of Arianna, Alyssa , Jolene, Maxwell, Kendell, Rick, Alex, and Michaela. Eve is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
