Edward J. Kabara Jr, "Ed" to his many friends and family, was a graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and the University of Maryland College Park with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He was a life-long member of Our Lady of Fatima church with many fond memories from his nineteen years as a high school Sunday School/ CCD teacher in the 1970s and 1980s. He remained very active in the organizations and clubs of Fatima's parish community throughout his life. He was first married to Bonnie Kabara, nee Waldhauser, of Dundalk.
