Douglas Charles Cowan

On December 31, 2016 Douglas C. Cowan beloved son of Virginia and Robert Randales and the late Fred J. Smith and Douglas Crane. Dear brother of Brenda Ryan and husband Richard, Dawn Borgyon, Tina Smith, Robert Smith, Reina McDanniell and the late William Smith, God father and uncle of Tyler Hammonds. Uncle of Elizabeth Smith Abigail Rhone, Harley Fountaine, Zachary Ryan, and Liam Ryan.  Also survived by many other family and friends.
Visitation at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Friday from 3-7 PM.  A Prayer Service will take place at 6 PM.  Further Services Private.  In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted by the family to offset funeral expenses.
