**Obituary for Donald R. Sandaal**

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donald "Don" Raymond Sandaal, who departed this life peacefully on February 2, 2025, just shy of his 79th birthday. A cherished husband, father, and friend, Donald lived a life full of kindness and love in his hometown of Dundalk, Maryland.

Born on February 6, 1946, Donald was a man of great warmth and compassion, adored by his beloved wife, Dolores Sandaal. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, love, and shared memories. Donald was the proud father to Karen Rekoski, Kim Lentz, and Joyce Watkins; uncle of Michael Sandaal and Susan Riegger. Donald also leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters. His legacy of love will forever be remembered in their hearts. Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Sandaal, Loretta Sandaal (nee Mueller,) Richard Sandaal brother and Lindsey Rekoski granddaughter.

Donald touched the lives of those around him in countless ways, and his memory will continue to inspire all who loved him. We find solace in the stories we will share, the laughter and tears we will shed, and the love that he instilled in each of us.

The family will welcome friends for a public visitation on Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. & 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at Kaczorowski Funeral Home P.A.. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Hope Roman Catholic Church, 1727 Lynch Rd., Dundalk, MD 21222.
