On Tuesday, January 11, 2022, DAVID W. POLEN beloved husband of Patrice Polen, loving father of Chrissy Butrum & David Polen, Jr. , dear grandfather of Cyrus, Lexi, and Bella.  David is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
