Daryl Newell, 48, of Harford County, passed Sunday, September 30, 2018

A Memorial gathering will be held at Kaczorowski Funeral Home in Dundalk, MD on Tuesday, October 9, 2018

Daryl graduated from Harford Vocational Technical School, Served in the Navy from 1992 -1996 on the Fighter Squadron 211 as an Electrical/Mechanical equipment repairman. Daryl earned the Navy “E” Ribbon (2); National Defense Service Medal; Overseas Service Ribbon (2); Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal; First Good Conduct Award for Period  Ending Jan 1, 1996.

He was a member of IBEW, Local Union #24.

His occupation was a Journeyman Wireman and Electrician.

A member of Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States since 2003

Daryl loved to travel with his son, Nathan, to his Rugby games and tournaments.

His hobbies were: Golf, Building models, playing on his many guitars and building things.

Daryl is survived by: his wife, Angela Newell; son, Nathan Newell; father, Donald Newell Jr. of NC,

Mother, Deneise Piepiora of AZ, Stepfather, Jerry Piepiora; sister, Danielle Faircloth of MT., Mother-in-law, Betty Peyton, Brother-in-law, Josh Faircloth; Neice, Lacy Faircloth; Nephew, Chad Faircloth, and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.

Daryl is pre-deceased by a half-brother, Steven Piepiora; Grandparents: Orville & Donna Stevens,

Donald & Dorothy Newell Sr.

A Memorial service will be held at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue, Dundalk, MD 21222 on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 3-5 PM.  In Lieu of flowers, donations in Daryl’s name may be made to the charity of your choice.
