On January 27, 2017 CLARA F. JAKUBOWSKI (nee Bialozenski) beloved wife of the late John F. Jakubowski, devoted mother of Eileen Hanley & her husband Patrick and John A. Jakubowski & his wife Mary Jane, loving grandmother of Patrick Hanley, Jennifer Armstrong, Mary Shannon Sortino, and Mark Jakubowski, great grandmother of Margaux and Graham Armstrong, and Blake Sortino, loving Sister of Genevieve Miller. Clara is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visiting hours at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Monday from 3-5 & 7-9 P.M. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart of Mary Church on Tuesday at 10 A.M. Interment in Holy Rosary Cemetery. Those desiring may make memorial contributions in Clara's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
