Charles Kenneth Spencer

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Charles Kenneth Spencer, who left this world surrounded by his children and wife on February 28, 2025 at the age of 71. Born on June 17, 1953, Charles lived a life rich with love, laughter, and a steadfast commitment to his family. He called Rosedale, MD home, where he nurtured bonds that will forever be cherished.

Charlie was a devoted husband to his beloved wife Juanita Fox, a partnership marked by love that blossomed over the years. Charlie is survived by his children Charles Jr., Luke, Lacy, John, Chance, Nicholas and Nicole. He has joined his late daughter, Tammy, his mother, Olivia "Levia" Carnabuci, and his siblings Albert, Linda Fiersuk, Edward, Robert and Leonard Spencer. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren, they were his world. The joy of his life was found in their smiles, and the countless memories they created together. A legacy that will endure through his cherished family.

Known for his warm spirit, kind heart and sense of humor, Charlie touched the lives of all who crossed his path. His laughter rang with inexhaustible warmth, and his willingness to lend a hand or offer words of comfort knew no bounds. He had an innate ability to listen, understand, and uplift those around him- a true friend and confidant.

A public viewing will be held in his honor at the Kaczorowski Funeral Home P.A. on March 6, 2025, at 4:00 PM. This gathering will allow family and friends to come together, share stories, and celebrate the beautiful life Charles lived. In these moments of remembrance, we will weave together the thread of our collective love for him, finding solace in the memories that bind us.

As we bid farewell to a gentle soul who left an indelible mark on our hearts, we take comfort in knowing that he will forever be a part of us. Rest well, dear Charlie; your spirit will continue to shine brightly in the lives you touched.
