Suddenly on February 1, 2017 Charles Junior Lowery beloved son of Ella Mae Milam and the late Charles Lowery, brother of Danny Milam, Kimberly Clubb and the late Elaina Lowery and Lisa Jean Smith, uncle of Lisa Smith and Robert Smith, former cousin of Edell Oxendine, former nephew of Darlene Meyers and Thomas Meyers, good friend of Papa Joe.
Visitation at Kaczorowski Funeral Home P.A. 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Monday from 11 AM - 1PM and 5-7 PM. Interment private.
