On July 4, 2010, Cecelia (nee Bielat), at age 89, beloved wife of the late Edward Rakowski; dear sister of Veronica Conley and the late Mary Ulanowicz; sister- in law of Sophia Jankiewicz; Aunt of Kevin Michael Conley and wife Melanie, Isabel Conley Waters and husband Richard, Dr. Robert Ulanowicz and wife Marijka, Dr. Nancy Ulanowicz and husband Dr. Robert Konkol, Robert Jankiewicz and wife Martha, Carole Sherlock and husband Bill and many other nieces and nephews and her ever faithful dog, Ashley.
