Barbara Ellen Starkey, age 79, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.
Barbara was born in Hancock, Md to parents of Raymond Cain and Freda Hovermale. Survived by her sister Sandy Pelekakis.
Beloved wife of the late Phillip George Starkey of 55 years, devoted mother of daughters Kimberly Hart and her husband John, Michelle Starkey, Patrick Starkey and his wife Erica and Joseph Knapp-Starkey, and the late Phil Starkey III, Loving grandmother of Patrick Stavola, Savannah Starkey, Lauren Hart, Joshua Stavola, Garrett Hart, Patrick Starkey, Maxwell Starkey and Charlie Starkey. As well as great grandchildren Annabella and Harmony.
The funeral will be a Private ceremony, remembering Barbara Starkey in the presence of close family at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Saturday, August 31st.
