Agnes Theresa (Mierzwinski) Slezak

On  February 15, 2016,  Agnes T. Slezak (nee Mierzwinski) beloved wife of late John J. Slezak devoted mother of Dominick Slezak & his wife Patricia, Gregory Slezak & his wife Denise, Theresa Bankard & her late husband Michael,  and Joseph Slezak & his wife Kimberly, loving grandmother of Tracy Morehouse, Christopher Slezak, Melissa Wehner, Rachel Lloyd, Kevin Slezak, Kelly Raffensberger, and Hope Slezak. Agnes is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.

Visiting hours at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Thursday from 4 until 8 P.M.  Funeral Mass in St. Casimir Church on Friday at 10:00 A.M.  Interment in Holy Rosary Cemetery. www.KFHPA.com
